Job description:
  • Provide full spectrum of office administration services such as office supplies, repair & maintenance, housekeeping, etc., to internal customers
  • Perform reception duties such as handle phone calls, handle incoming & outgoing mails & couriers and greet incoming guests with professional manner
  • Provide clerical support to supervisor whenever necessary
  • Assist in organizing company's activities including annual dinner and meetings
Job requirements:
  • Must be able to speak and read Chinese and Vietnamese.
  • Basic accounting knowledge; experience handling full set of accounts is a plus.
  • Experience in logistics and supply chain is a plus.
